Who you are

You think like an all-rounder.

Not with bat and ball, but with mindset. You take responsibility, step up when needed, and keep improving your form with discipline and curiosity. You don’t need to be perfect or the smartest in the room. You just need hunger, ownership and the willingness to grow every day.

If solving different challenges energises you, you’ll feel at home here.

Life at CricHeroes

The pitch changes. Some days are smooth, some days test your skills. That is how we work and we are honest about it.

We are a small team that works as one unit.

We value open communication, context over control, and the freedom to experiment.

Slack is where we collaborate, our office is the Ground, and cricket is part of our daily environment. You’ll see matches on, in the Dugout and might play box cricket in your first week.

  • We believe in meaningful freedom.
  • Freedom of unlimited breaks.
  • Freedom to ask questions.
  • Freedom to share feedback.
  • Freedom to innovate.
  • Freedom to level up.

And at the center of everything is responsibility.
